Presupunand ca piata a avut o crestere constanta o perioada si exista zvonuri ca ea ar putea sa aibe o crestere exploziva. Ar fi acesta un moment nu foarte potrivit pentru un client sa faca o investitie? Sau daca am privi invers? Daca piata ar avea o descrestere pronuntata ar fi un moment bun pentru un client sa investeasca? Ce mai importanta parte a planului de investitie este aceea de a identifica punctele financiare tari ale clientului, toleranta si orizontul de timp. Pe langa acestea, exista numeroase formule si strategii de investitii pe care investitorii le pot adopta in formularea unor decizii inteligente. Aceste formule si strategii pot sa il ajute pe clientul tau sa obtina o rata de profit mai mare.

Atunci cand lucrezi cu clienti, exista o varietate de instrumente strategice ce pot fi aplicate pentru a-i ajuta sa isi indeplineasca scopurile lor financiare. Eficienta pietelor financiare

Informatia poate fi unul din cele mai de pret bunuri in lumea afacerilor. Daca ar fi sa stii ceva ce ar avea un impact major asupra incasarilor unei companii inaintea oricarui altcuiva, bineinteles ca ar fi cel care ar obtine un avantaj important prin detinerea acestei informatii. Dar intrebarea care se pune este cat timp poti mentine acest avantaj de a fi primul care cunoaste informatia respectiva? Ce se va intampla cand toata lumea va afla? Este posibil sa dai peste informatii valoroase, dar sa fii in stare sa le diseminezi inaintea tuturor? Intr-o piata eficienta, informatia este diseminata larg si repede, de aceea permite ca pretul titlurilor de valoare sa se ajusteze rapid astfel incat noile informatii sa reflecte valoarea investitiei.

Subiectul eficientei pietei a fost si este inca un subiect intens dezbatut intr-o comunitate bazata pe investitii. Pentru a intelege si a participa la aceasta dezbatere, fiecare trebuie sa inteleaga la ce se refera eficienta pietei. Pe o piata eficienta, analistii expermentati folosesc informatia de care dispun pentru a estima valoarea investitionala a titlurilor de valoare. Daca investitorii pierd informatia, preturile pietei pot fi diferite de valoarea lor reala. Diferenta dintre pretul titlurilor de valoare si valoarea acestora este o masurare a ineficientei pretului acelor titluri de vaoare. Investitorii care realizeaza analize financiare doresc sa descopere pretul ineficientelor si sa faca comert pentru a castiga profit din descoperirile lor atunci cand pretul se modifica fata de valoarea lor. Aceasta reprezinta baza unei analize fundamentale.

Pe o piata eficienta, pretul titlurilor de valoare va reflecta in totalitate toate informatiile relevante si disponibile pentru valoarea respectivelor titluri financiare. Astfel, un pret perfect eficient este intotdeauna egal cu valoarea titlurilor, chiar daca aceasta valoare se poate modifica continuu pentru a reflecta modul aleator in care informatiile sosesc. Ca organizator, poti ajuta clientii sa inteleaga portofoliul de management, pe de o parte activ si pe de alta parte pasiv prin oferirea de explicatii privind eficienta pietei.

Active alocate si portofolii diversificate

Un bucatar ar spune ca este foarte important sa avem un echilibru de ingrediente in timp ce pregateste o masa. O proportie incorecta sau o combinatie de condimente poate duce la un atac dezastruos asupra papilelor gustative. Crearea unui portofoliu de investitii este ca si pregatirea unei gustari. Fiecare vehicul de investitii introdus in portofoliu este ca un ingredient pentru un aperitiv. Proportiile de valori mobiliare folosite pentru a construi portofoliul vor defini riscul asteptat si castigul.

Alocarea activelor si diversificarea portofoliului, sunt tehnici utilizate pentru a identifica combinatia titlurilor de valoare puse intr-un portofoliu. Alocarea activelor identifica proportiile claselelor de active in timp ce diversificarea portofoliului sugereaza mixul corect de valori mobiliare in clasele de active. Cu toate acestea, la fel ca un aperitiv care trebuie pregatit tinand cont de preferintele persoanei care consuma, diversificarea unui portofoliu si metodele de alocare a activelor ar trebui sa fie potrivit nevoilor investitorului. Mentinerea unui portofoliu bine diversificat este un pas important in maximizarea profitului si reducerea riscurilor pe termen lung. Aceasta presupune un amestec de investitii corespunzatoare care vor explora obiectivele de investitii si vor conferi o oarecare toleranta fata de risc.

Pe baza acestor obiective, portofoliul, alcatuit din fonduri monetare, obligatiuni si actiuni trebuie sa fie planificat din timp. O data cu cresterea economica, indivizii dispun de un venit ce poate fi folosit in mai multe directii. Cel mai bun mod de a face acest lucru este de a investi banii pentru a maximiza profiturile si a minimiza riscurile. Cu toate acestea, cunoasterea si intelegerea diferitelor metode si tehnici de investitii in actiuni si obligatiuni nu este suficienta pentru majoritatea investitorilor.Fiecare investitor cauta sa realizeze mai multe investitii compromitand un portofoliu bine diversificat.

Pentru a realiza aceasta combinatie, investitorii ar trebui sa stabileasca obiectivele lor de investitii cu un consultant financiar. In functie de orizontul de timp al clientului si obiectivele de investitii, consultantul poate decide in ce actiuni, obligatiuni, certificate de trezorerie, sau alte active sa investeasca.
